A prayer list the whole church can keep up with.

Members post a prayer request from their phone, and others tap I prayed. Groups give each Bible class and ministry a place to talk. Only your church’s signed-in members can read any of it.

Prayer

Requests, replies and I prayed.

A member posts a request, and the church answers with replies and I prayed. The one who asked sees who prayed. Everyone else sees how many.

  • The office only, when it’s private. A request can go to the whole congregation, or only to the church office and the elders.
  • Into the bulletin, by hand. When a request belongs in Sunday’s bulletin, the office adds it with one click. Nothing reaches print by itself.

Messages

A Group for each class and ministry.

Every church starts with a Members Group and an Elders Group. Add Groups for a Bible class, the deacons or the ladies’ class, each read only by its own people. A member can ask for a new Group, and the office says yes or no.

  • The Elders Group is private to the elders. No one else reads it, not the office and not us.
  • Pictures, replies and a pinned post, with a way to tell the office about a post that shouldn’t be there.

Encouragement

A note on a card, from one member to another.

“I prayed for you today.” A member picks a card, writes their own words and adds a verse from the World English Bible or the King James Version. Only the two of them read it. Your church turns Encouragement on when it’s ready.

Kept among your members

Gentle on a locked phone.

A notice says only “New prayer request · From Ruth.” The words wait inside your church’s app, for signed-in members. Each member chooses which notices they get, by email and on the phone.

Questions

Questions about Prayer and Messages.

Who can see a prayer request?

Your church’s signed-in members, or only the church office and the elders when the one asking chooses that. Never the public.

Can the office take a post down?

Yes. Whoever your church gives the Prayer and Messages permission can take down a post in the Members Group, and any member can tell the office about a post.

Do members have to use it?

No. The printed bulletin still carries the prayer list every week. The app is there for those who want it.

Does a request go into the bulletin by itself?

Never. The office adds it by hand, with one click, when it belongs there.
